Platform Overview

Deploy.AI is an enterprise-ready platform designed to help teams rapidly build, configure, and deploy AI-powered applications. Built with developers in mind, Deploy.AI simplifies the complexity of working with large language models by offering a streamlined environment for managing prompts, connecting data, and integrating AI across business workflows.

Whether you're building internal tools, customer-facing assistants, or intelligent automation flows, Deploy.AI gives you the flexibility to design custom AI agents that align with your organization’s specific use cases—without starting from scratch.

Chat.deploy.ai

In the Chat environment, you can deploy. test and interact with your AI agent by launching chats, uploading and communicating with files, and working with AI assistants.

To access Chat.deploy.ai, visit chat.sandbox.deploy.ai and start testing your applications.

In the Chat environment, you’ll find all the basic AI agents, as well as any custom agents you’ve created in the Admin Panel.

The platform provides a comprehensive chat history, allowing you to review interactions with all agents and perform multiple applications simultaneously.

You can work with existing core agents designed for various business tasks and chat with available AI models—all within a single platform.

From Chat environment, use the button to select your organization and seamlessly access the Admin Panel for further application management and customization.

Admin Panel

The Admin Panel is where you’ll build your AI agents, manage knowledge bases, and control user’s access to solutions.

To navigate the Admin Panel, simply log in to admin.sandbox.deploy.ai and begin exploring its powerful features.

In the Admin Panel, you’ll find a comprehensive list of all the agents created within your organization. Note that core agents, available in the Chat environment, are general to all organizations and won’t appear in this list.

The "Tiles" section provides an organized view of all the agents, allowing you to easily edit and manage them within groups. This feature is particularly beneficial for contractors and enterprise clients handling a large number of agents, offering streamlined navigation and management.

In the "Manage Users" section, you can invite teammates and assign them roles based on their level of involvement. Options include:

The Knowledge Base section allows you to upload and manage data that can later be used by any AI agent within your organization as a part of data retrievals feature.
